A joinery workshop in Chaklala
RHM Interiors is run by Rehman Arshad from a workshop and office at Ghausia Meharia Plaza, Dhok Chaudhrian. We build kitchens, wardrobes, doors and fit-out joinery, and we install what we build.
The company grew the way most joinery businesses in Rawalpindi grow: one kitchen at a time, on referrals from people who had watched a neighbour's job go in. That history shapes how we work now. We do not take on more than the workshop can finish properly, and we would rather lose a job on the date than lose it on the finish.
Most of what we make is built as modules in the workshop and carried in. Cutting on site is faster to start and slower to finish, and it leaves a house full of MDF dust for a fortnight. Building to a measured drawing means the boxes arrive square, the doors line up, and installation takes days rather than weeks.
How we choose materials
We are straight about board. HDF and commercial ply are the right carcass for most of a house. Marine ply is worth the money under a sink and in a bathroom, and nowhere else. Solid Sheesham and Deodar are for doors, stair treads and the pieces that will be polished and looked at, not for a carcass that will spend its life behind a door.
Hardware is where cheap jobs give themselves away. We fit Hettich and Hafele as standard because a hinge that fails takes a door with it, and replacing one costs more than specifying it properly at the start.
The team
A small permanent crew of carpenters, polishers and installers, with the same people on your job from cutting to handover. That matters when something needs adjusting after installation, because the person who comes back is the person who built it.
Where we work
Rawalpindi, Islamabad and the surrounding areas — Chaklala, Saddar, Satellite Town, Westridge, Gulraiz, Adiala Road, Bahria Town, DHA and the Islamabad sectors. Commercial work can be scheduled outside business hours where an office cannot close.

Visit and measure
We measure the space ourselves. Customer dimensions are a starting point, never the cutting list.
Design and 3D approval
You see the layout, the door split and the drawer positions before anything is cut. Changes are free at this stage and expensive after it.
Material selection
Physical samples in your own light. Screens lie about laminate colour, especially on greys and greens.
Fabrication
Built as modules in the workshop. You get a start date and a delivery date, and we tell you early if either moves.
Installation and handover
Levelled and aligned, hardware adjusted, site cleared, and a walk-through so you can point at anything that is not right.
